A database of circulant weighing matrices CW(n,k) — n x n matrices with entries in {-1,0,+1} satisfying W W^T = kI whose rows are cyclic shifts of the first row — bringing together all known existence and nonexistence results for the cases in Strassler’s 1997 table (n <= 200, s <= 10) and extending it further. Searchable by ranges of n and s and by status (exists / all known / does not exist / open).
